The learning service

Ayah Academy provides online Quran reading and memorization, Tajweed, Arabic and Islamic studies programs, together with lesson, progress, report, game and quiz tools. Available programs, teachers, schedules and features may vary by plan and learning stage.

Eligibility and child accounts

An adult parent or guardian should create the primary account and manage child profiles through it. The parent or guardian remains responsible for accurate information, program choices, appropriate supervision, and the child’s attendance and use of the platform.

Account and security

• Provide accurate information and update it when it changes.
• Keep your password confidential and do not allow unauthorised account use.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or misuse.
• Do not bypass permissions or try to access another person’s account or data.

Free trial, plans and payment

The website currently allows registration for a free trial session without a payment card at account creation. Before a paid subscription, the plan, price, billing period and included service will be displayed or communicated to you.

Prices or plan details may change in the future, but a change will not be applied retroactively to an amount already paid unless agreed with you. Never send payment-card details by email or WhatsApp.

Scheduling, absence and cancellation

You are responsible for confirming the time zone and attending at the agreed time. Rescheduling, absence, credit and refund rules may differ by plan or arrangement and will be confirmed before payment. Contact us before purchase if they are unclear.

You may request subscription cancellation or a plan change through support. The team will explain the effect on billing and remaining lessons before completing the request. These terms do not create a general refund right unless one was agreed or is required by applicable law.

Safe and respectful conduct

• Treat teachers, learners and team members respectfully; do not harass, abuse or share inappropriate content.
• Do not record lessons or publish another person’s image, voice or material without clear permission.
• A parent or guardian should provide age-appropriate supervision and a safe lesson environment.
• Do not upload malware, disrupt the service, or attempt to hack or security-test it without authorisation.

Content and intellectual property

The website, brand, learning materials, software and academy-provided content belong to Ayah Academy or their respective rights holders and are licensed for personal learning use only. They may not be copied, sold, republished or commercially used without permission.

You retain ownership of content you upload and give the academy a limited permission to use, store and display it only as needed to provide the service and operate its features for you.

Learning outcomes

We work to provide structured and supportive teaching, but cannot guarantee a particular level, result or memorization timeline. Progress depends on attendance, practice, starting level, and the learner and guardian’s participation.

Availability and external services

Features may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or because of internet, hosting or communication providers. We will make reasonable efforts to restore service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability at all times. External links and services are also governed by their providers’ terms.

Account restriction or termination

We may restrict, suspend or terminate an account for misuse, a security risk, a material breach of these terms, or an undisputed payment obligation, with notice where it is appropriate and safe to provide it.

Limits of responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Ayah Academy is not responsible for indirect loss or for data loss caused by a user’s device, connection or an external service outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised version and date on this page, and may request renewed acceptance for a material change.
